Mike Benedum Returns to Atomic for Inaugural Buckeye Nationals

On Friday night Mike Benedum returned to Atomic Speedway (Chillicothe, Ohio) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) inaugural Buckeye Nationals. With a stout field of forty-nine Super Late Models signed in, Benedum logged a 6th place finish in his heat sending him into the B-Main. Transferring the top two into the $50,000-to-win show on Saturday night, Mike came up positions short with a 4th place outing. Earning a spot into the non-qualifiers race, Benedum posted a 4th place finish in the 20-lap affair.
