Top 5 Finish in Earl Hill Memorial at Tyler County Speedway

After a flat-tire on his trailer prevented to making to the weekend opener at I-77 Speedway (Ripley, West Virginia) on Friday, Mike Benedum was one of 17 cars signed in at Tyler County Speedway (Middlebourne, West Virginia) on Saturday night for the Ultimate Mid-Ohio Valley Series sanctioned Earl Hill Memorial. Following the third fastest time in qualifying, Mike landed a 3rd place finish in his heat locking his spot into the $5,000-to-win A-Main. Reeling in a Top-5 finish, Benedum landed a 5th place spot behind Jared Miley, Derek Doll, Tyler Carpenter, and Zach Dohm. (Motor Mafia Photography)
