Top 10 Finish in Spring Sizzler at 411 Motor Speedway

With promoters and track officials mandating several precautionary measures to host the event during the ongoing Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, Mike Benedum made the trek to 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) on Saturday evening for the Spring Sizzler. Drawing 35 cars, Benedum laid down the 10th fastest time in his qualifying group before placing second in his heat behind David Payne. Earning the 12th-starting position for the $5,000-to-win A-Main, Mike jumped up two spots in the 40-lapper to register a 10th place finish.
