Mike Benedum races to fourth-place finish at Beckley

Saturday saw Mike Benedum return to action at Beckley Motor Speedway (Beckley, W.Va.) for the $5,000-to-win A-Main.

Following the fourth-fastest qualifying lap, Benedum dropped two spots in the speed dash to finish sixth. Mounting a late charge in the feature on the cushion, Mike charged to a fourth-place finish. He followed Jacob Hawkins, Freddie Carpenter, and Henry Hornsby III across the line in the 50-lapper with T.J. Salango coming in fifth.
